DIOS LLAMA A CADA UNO - DIEU APPELLE CHACUN - THE LORD CALLS EVERYONE.

Chers amis.
Dear friends. The pope
was in Frascati to
celebrate the Eucharist on July
15. Echoing in his homily the text of the Gospel of
the day, he called on everyone,
again, to answer
his own vocation. I like to take his words here,
because we have so much to do in our Institute, to
awaken the young Christians of our
schools to design a life that is a response to a call. All
have a vocation.
All are called by the Lord,
whether in marriage or consecrated life or the
priesthood. All life is a life given and received. God loves
each and calls everyone by
name. He assigned
a personal mission for the salvation of the world. Let's agree with Benedict XVI: "The Lord
calls each providing different gifts for different tasks in the Church. What
is important is that the rich
gifts be fully accepted, especially by young people: they feel joy to meet
God with all their being, by giving in the
priesthood or consecrated life,
or in the way of
marriage, two complementary approaches that illuminate each other, which enrich each other and enrich all the
community. God calls: we must
listen, accept, and respond. Like Mary: Here I am, be
it done unto me according to thy word.
